Kababgy Al Azhar Farahat

Founded in 1982 in the heart of Historic Cairo, Kababgy El Azhar Farahat was established to set new standards in authentic Oriental cuisine. For over four decades, we have redefined the art of grilled specialties and stuffed pigeon, building a legacy rooted in generational mastery and culinary excellence.

At the core of our philosophy lies a simple yet unwavering belief: authenticity cannot be compromised. 

Every dish reflects decades of inherited expertise, refined techniques, and a deep respect for tradition.

We carefully select premium local meats and prepare them using closely guarded family recipes that have been passed down with integrity and pride.

Today, through our four official branches — El Azhar, Misr Al Gadida, Nasr City, and Mohandessin- We continue our mission of delivering the true taste of Egyptian heritage to discerning guests from Egypt, the Gulf region, and across the Arab world.
